Justin Ward
Justin has 32 years of professional playing experience and 20 years as a full-time private instructor. He has a diverse knowledge of styles and structure that has led to a demand for his time for both performance, recording, songwriting, and instruction. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Media Production degree from Missouri State and is the owner and operator of Feedback School of Music. Justin currently teaches guitar, bass, ukulele, group lessons, recording, and songwriting.

Kim Painter
Kim Painter is a multi-instrumentalist born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. Starting on the violin at age 10, Kim has always known that playing and teaching music would be her life long passion. Currently, she is a member of the band SALT for which she writes her own music, plays bass, and sings. Kim has her bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from Missouri State University and graduated in 2010. Kim currently teaches bass guitar, voice, violin, beginner guitar, group lessons, and songwriting.

Jacob Henderson
Jacob Henderson is a young talent native to the Springfield area. His professional work as a musician started at age 17 playing at Silver Dollar City for large-scale theatrical productions. As of late, Jacob has worked as an in-demand drummer for hire in the 417 for studio recordings and a variety of live performances, whether they be rock, funk, fusion, or jazz. He continues to be featured in groups such as the Brant Jester Trio, Mad Science, The Richard Bruton Quintet, and The Jin J. X Group as he finishes his bachelor’s degree in Jazz Performance from Missouri State University. Jacob currently teaches drumset.

Richard Kittleman
A Springfield native, Richard began his musical journey with piano lessons at age 4, filling a spot in the family gospel band on bass guitar at age 9, and taking up piano tuning at age 12. After his stints in high school jazz bands and orchestras, Richard pursued jazz studies at Missouri State University. Richard has performed with the Springfield Symphony, has played a number of musicals in the orchestra pit with the Springfield Little Theater. Richard has even engineered, run sound production, and performed live many seasons on the Branson stage and touring with the legendary Roy Clark. Currently, Richard plays Sunday mornings at a local church, performs with the longtime jazz group Distant Relative, as well as with the classic rock band, The Dirty Saints.

Ben Grosser
Ben Grosser began playing piano at age 9. At age 11, Ben was the lead vocalist and bass player for "Supercharge", a classic rock cover band. They played over 300 live shows including a set at the famous Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood, CA and won two battle of the bands competitions.
After graduating Glendale high-school Ben joined, "Leisure Shores", an experimental music project that has released 5 studio albums and two vinyl records. Ben is currently in the process of recording and composing his very own solo project, "lifes.symphoni" a neo-psych rock project. He is passionate about music composition, lyrical poetry, and interesting sounds (whether that’s a groovy bass line or a shredding guitar lick).
Ben has over 15 years of musical experience, and can play/teach a large range of genres on Bass Guitar, Electric Guitar, Piano, and Synthesizer. He loves to laugh and have a good time while learning!

Connor Johns
Connor Johns is a multi-instrumentalist from Springfield, Missouri who has 15 years of guitar playing experience. He started out playing at 7 years old, and has played in various Springfield local bands and school choir/band. Connor is well versed in many musical genres, and also has experience with music production. Connor currently teaches guitar.

Jacob Jamison (JJ)
Rolla native JJ Jamison has been playing music since age 12, taking up saxophone, bass, and drums and playing in school and church bands. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in jazz saxophone from MSU under Randy Hamm. In his years as a Springfield musician his experience has ranged from marching band and classical ensembles, to jazz combos and theatre performances. He is associated with many local jazz acts. Jacob currently teaches saxaphone.

Sarah Miller
Sarah Miller has been playing piano since age 7 and is a student at Missouri State seeking a degree in Piano Performance with a minor in Music Composition. She composes electronic synth and piano music and has won awards in composition contests hosted by the Missouri and National Federations of Music Clubs for her works. Sarah believes that her students should be provided opportunities to experience all different corners of piano music including classical, jazz, pop, improv, composition, and more.
